Product Description:
Official-grade smart battery rental and emergency replacement service designed for high-intensity agricultural spraying operations, including free replacement for hardware failures and BMS remote monitoring support.

2. Booking Availability

Daily Bookings Available:
Yes; the standalone website accepts online and phone orders 24/7.

Blocked Dates:
U.S. East Coast and West Coast warehouse statutory holidays (days when FedEx/UPS HAZMAT ground shipping is suspended); the system will automatically postpone the estimated shipping date to the next business day.

Earliest Booking:
1 day in advance (orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day).

Maximum Booking Lead Time:
90 days in the future (to allow the plant protection team to secure batteries for the peak season in advance).

Daily Booking Cutoff Time:
2:00 PM local time in the Eastern/Western U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be packed and shipped as HAZMAT the next day; orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the day after tomorrow.

3. Rental Duration Rules

Billing Unit:
The minimum billing cycle is one month (30 days). The B2B model does not offer short-term rentals by the day or hour.

Minimum Rental Period:
1 month (30 days)

Maximum Rental Duration:
12 months (renewal or “rent-to-own” options are available upon expiration).

Calculation on the Day of Return:
Not counted as overdue. The return date is determined by the time the customer hands over the package to FedEx/UPS and the package is scanned upon acceptance (Drop-off Scan); time spent in transit is not counted as overdue.

4. Pricing

Tiered Rental Price Table:

DB1560 (T40/T50):

• 1 month: $299/month
• 2–3 months: $269/month
• 4–5 months: $239/month
• 6 months or more: $199/month

Cycle Count and Overage Charges:
The monthly base rent includes 100 cycles. Any excess cycles will be automatically deducted from the linked card or ACH at the end of the month at a rate of 1% per cycle of the corresponding tiered monthly rent (e.g., the overage rate for the DB1560 1-month plan is $2.99 per cycle).

Peak Season Surcharge:
No price increases mid-year; focused on securing long-term rentals. A “100% deposit offset toward buyout” promotion is offered at the end of the season (September–October).

5. Inventory Settings (Stock)

Initial Product Inventory:
Set to 20 units for the DB1560.

Automatically Lock Reserved Dates:
Yes. After the customer selects the rental start date and term (e.g., 30/60/90/120/150/180 days) and completes payment, the system automatically deducts the inventory and locks the corresponding SN-coded battery.

6. Payment Methods

Order Payment Rules:
Pay 100% of the initial fee online (i.e., “first month’s rent + 100% security deposit”).

Subsequent Monthly Deductions:
Starting from the second month, the net rental fee (excluding the deposit) will be automatically deducted monthly via the credit card linked to the system or through an ACH authorization.

7. Deposit Settings

Deposit Standards:

• DB1560: $600.00 per unit
• DB2160: $1,200.00 per unit

Deposit Refund Rules:
ACH or bank wire payments are eligible for a 100% full refund of the original deposit amount; for credit card payments, a fixed 3% processing fee charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund as per the agreement.

8. Customer Information

• Shipping Address (Must be a physical ground shipping address; P.O. Boxes are not valid)
• Matching Drone Serial Number (Drone SN for Firmware Sync)
