· In alignment with our operational safety protocols, all smart Battery Management System (BMS) motherboards, customized Serial Number (SN) flashed units, and integrated protective top-cover/lid kits are classified strictly as customized industrial assets fabricated to specific technical request.

· AGRISKY TECHNOLOGIES INC operates a definitive ZERO-RETURN and ZERO-EXCHANGE policy across all customized component and logic board variants. Refund disputes initiated via secondary checkout payment channels due to ordering mistakes, incorrect regional firmware choices, or misdiagnosed mechanical failures will be systematically contested utilizing these binding Terms.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING, REGISTRATION & CORPORATE INVOICES

· You agree to provide current, complete, and highly accurate purchase and corporate account information for all orders placed at agriskytechnologies.com.

· To maintain strict cross-border trade compliance, AGRISKY TECHNOLOGIES INC automatically generates commercial compliance invoices utilizing the official entity credentials specified herein, ensuring clean commercial corporate asset tracking and lawful tax deductions.

5. TRANSIT HAZMAT COMPLIANCE & TRANSFER OF LOGISTICAL RISK

· All high-capacity drone power cells (such as DB1560 and DB2160 series) are designated UN3480 Class 9 Hazardous Materials. Delivery is subject strictly to compliant freight routing and certified ground logistics.

· Risk of structural loss, transit delays, or environmental cargo holding passes entirely to the buyer the exact millisecond the authorized Hazmat carrier takes physical possession of the asset under standard FOB Shipping Point parameters.

6. FIRMWARE PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS & US-SPEC REAL-AIRCRAFT TESTING GUARANTEE

We absolute guarantee that firmware or batch variations will never prevent the aircraft from executing a safe, fully powered takeoff and operational flight.

· 6.3 Non-Critical Firmware Discrepancies : Due to strict regional original equipment manufacturer (OEM) software restrictions, global batch tracking, or localized app synchronization locks, certain independent components may display a "Firmware Version Mismatch" alert or systematically restrict subsequent over-the-air (OTA) software/firmware upgrades via the OEM flight control application.

· 6.4 Allocation of Risk & Total Chargeback Bar: The inability to execute an optional software or firmware upgrade does NOT constitute a product defect, a logistics error, or a functional failure, provided that the aircraft’s fundamental mechanical ability to take off and execute field spraying remains 100% intact. Payment gateway chargebacks or refund requests filed under claims of "defective product" or "item not as described" based solely on non-essential firmware synchronization restrictions will be vigorously contested and systematically blocked utilizing our pre-shipping US-spec testing logs.

7. GOVERNING LAW & CORPORATE VENUE

· These Terms of Service and any separate operational agreements whereby we provide you high-end distribution logistics shall be governed by, interpreted under, and enforced strictly in accordance with the corporate statutes of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
