PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS, COMPONENTS, HARDWARE, OR FIRMWARE SERVICES PROVIDED BY AGRISKY TECHNOLOGIES INC. BY PURCHASING OR USING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OUTLINED BELOW.

1. Independent Third-Party Compatibility Notice

Agrisky Technologies INC (hereafter referred to as "Agrisky") is an independent manufacturer and distributor of specialized, heavy-duty aftermarket replacement parts, components, and optimized power solutions.

• No Affiliation: Agrisky is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including but not limited to Da-Jiang Innovations (DJI) or its subsidiaries.
• Trademarks: All names, marks, models, and emblems (including DJI, Agras, T40, T50, T100, Matrice, FlyCart, etc.) referenced on this website are registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are utilized strictly and solely for consumer compatibility identification and descriptive purposes.
• Warranty Voiding: Purchasing or installing aftermarket components onto your aircraft may void the original manufacturer's factory warranty. Agrisky assumes no responsibility or liability for any voided OEM warranties resulting from the use of our products.

2. Mandatory Local Quality Control & Unboxing Disclosure

To guarantee the highest degree of operational safety and to fulfill our signature 10mV Ultra-Precision Grading commitment, all products shipped by Agrisky undergo a mandatory, rigorous secondary quality control (QC) protocol at our US-based laboratories (Maryland and Los Angeles).

• Packaging Alteration Notice: Consumers are explicitly notified that product packaging will be unboxed and broken from its original automated factory seal by Agrisky engineering teams prior to fulfillment. This is done to perform mandatory structural integrity audits, multi-point voltage equalization, and high-load charge/discharge calibrations.
• Acceptance of Terms: By completing a purchase, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that the product will arrive with opened or altered packaging, which is a required component of our safety engineering workflow and does not constitute a "used," "refurbished," or "defective" product.

3. Assumption of Risk & High-Risk Activity Warning

Agricultural spraying drones and industrial aircraft are highly complex, multi-kilowatt, high-energy systems. Operating these platforms involves inherent risks of structural failure, severe property damage, personal injury, and death.

• User Competency: Agrisky components are intended exclusively for use by certified, professional commercial drone operators who possess the requisite technical knowledge for proper hardware installation and maintenance.
• Installation Risk: Improper installation of replacement components (including but not limited to smart BMS boards, wiring harnesses, battery covers, and power cells) can lead to catastrophic hardware failure, short-circuits, in-flight power loss, or thermal runaway (fire). The buyer assumes all risks associated with the installation, configuration, and operation of Agrisky components.

4. Strict Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Agrisky Technologies INC, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, or its Certified Service Partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Aircraft Loss: The physical damage, crash, total loss, or flyaway of any drone, aircraft, payload, or attachment.
2. Operational Downtime: Loss of revenue, crop failure, spraying delays, agricultural yield reduction, or business interruption.
3. Third-Party Claims: Property damage (including fields, livestock, buildings, or vehicles) or personal injuries caused to operators, spotters, or third-party individuals during the deployment of an aircraft equipped with Agrisky parts.
4. Maximum Financial Cap: Notwithstanding any damages that the buyer might incur for any reason whatsoever, the entire collective liability of Agrisky under any provision of this agreement, and the buyer’s exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be strictly limited to the actual dollar amount paid by the buyer to Agrisky for the specific component that directly alleged the failure.

5. Compliance with Aviation and Environmental Regulations

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their modified aircraft remains compliant with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and certification requirements.

• Regulatory Compliance: Agrisky assumes no liability if the installation of our components alters the weight, telemetry, power footprint, or signal frequencies of the aircraft in a manner that violates local aviation authorities (such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States, or equivalent global regulatory frameworks).
• Battery Disposal: The buyer complies with all local environmental regulations regarding the storage, transport, and disposal of large-format lithium drone batteries.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Disclaimer, along with all sales and corporate disputes arising under it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising directly out of transactions with Agrisky Technologies INC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Maryland.
