5. Pre-Shipping Verification Proof & Tracking Telemetry

6. TRANSFER OF LOGISTICAL RISK & MANDATORY INSPECTION FRAMEWORK

· 6.3 Absolute 48-Hour DOA Inspection Window : The buyer must execute physical unboxing, housing tracking, and initial electronic testing within exactly forty-eight (48) hours from the carrier’s official electronic delivery timestamp.

1. Any structural transit damage, internal motherboard failure, failure to power on, or severe outer chassis deformation (collectively defined as "Dead-on-Arrival" or "DOA") must be formally logged via support@agriskytechnologies.com within this strict 48-hour window.

2. Automatic Transition to Warranty Parameters: Any transit damage, structural housing defects, or power-up failures reported after the 48-hour delivery mark, or reported after any flight log telemetry/charging history has been recorded on the asset, will automatically forfeit all DOA replacement remedies and will be processed strictly under our standard prorated commercial warranty policy.

· 6.4 Mandatory Raw Video Evidence Mandate : To successfully establish a valid DOA claim and eliminate fraudulent chargeback vectors, buyers are legally required to provide comprehensive, continuous, and unaltered High-Definition (HD) video evidence showcasing the exact issue. The submitted digital footage must clearly capture:

1. Claims submitted without comprehensive video verification cannot be validated by our engineering facility and will be systematically rejected by our administrative desk.

1. The unaltered carrier shipping label matching the shipment manifest, immediately followed by a clear close-up of the fully intact factory Serial Number (S/N) laser-etched on the battery housing.

2. A continuous physical panoramic inspection of the battery power terminals, communication interfaces, and upper structural cover.

3. The exact real-time sequence of the initial connection to an authorized smart charger or commercial aircraft, directly displaying the specific error codes, telemetry system warnings, or LED status diagnostics.

7. Failed Deliveries & Refusal Surcharges

· If a compliant Hazmat shipment is returned to an Agrisky facility due to an inaccurate address input by the buyer, repeated unclaimed delivery attempts, or unlawful refusal of specialized freight delivery, the buyer is 100% liable for all return Hazmat freight charges plus original shipping fees. Re-shipping will occur strictly at the buyer’s sole financial expense.
